Wearing Contact Lenses

Taking contact lenses in and out seems difficult in the beginning. Placing the fingers near the eyes can be little scary. However, with a little time and practice, it gets easier and comfortable. To put the contacts in, place the lens over the iris using a finger, preferably the index finger. To take them out, push the contact down with the index finger until it pops out. Lubricate the eyes if required before removing the contacts. Keep the contact lenses clean to avoid the risk of infection and always store the contact lenses in the contact lens solution.
